Dr. Kymber Blaschke, originally from a small town in South Central Texas, earned her degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University before completing her Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Houston College of Optometry.
Within her practice, Dr. Blaschke especially enjoys working with children through orthokeratology (ortho-k) and myopia management, helping them protect their vision as they grow. She also has a strong interest in vision therapy, particularly sports vision, as well as disease management, where she partners with patients to safeguard long-term eye health. Not only is she passionate about providing care that supports clear vision, but also a healthy and active lifestyle for her patients.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Blaschke enjoys spending time with her husband and their rescue dog and cats. You can typically find them playing softball or planning their next world adventure. She loves dancing, sports, and traveling the world (ask her about her trips to Korea, Thailand, or Ireland). The fastest way to her heart? A Harry Potter movie marathon, ice cream, or a good book.
